At the Lilongwe Wildlife Trust we run all kinds of education and community engagement events year round.

When in Lilongwe, these are held at our Wildlife Centre on Kenyatta Road.

In partnership with the ‘Wildlife and Environmental Society of Malawi’, we’re arranging interesting film screenings and presentations on a variety of conservation topics. Join us on the last Thursday of every month at 6pm for these hour long free events.

Following on from each talk we encourage guests to enjoy Thirsty Thursdays at Cuneco Cafe in our sanctuary gardens.

On 19th March we’re also having a one-off quiz evening on Malawi and the environment. 2000 MWK per person. Teams up to six people. Great prizes. Join us!
