ADULT LITERACY CLASSES REINTRODUCED

Last week we initiated our adult literacy classes in the nearby town of Msampha, where we had a very successful project last year producing many graduates.

Initial sign up for the classes have been great and attendance is looking very promising!

Our adult literacy “Learning through Wildlife” programme helps people who have been disadvantaged as a result of their illiteracy. Students are taught useful life skills, such as reading and writing, in order to help them build up skills whilst also learning about critical environmental issues.  This is giving these communities and the people willing to learn a lifeline and the ability and skills to build up a source of income to support them and their families.

We have high hopes for this years students and will keep you posted on their progress!
